At Instrumental Yoga, our mission is to bring people together through the power of yoga. We believe that yoga is instrumental in achieving greater health, wellness, and happiness. We take pride in creating an inclusive environment where people from all walks of life can come together and practice yoga in a non-judgmental space.
Our goal is to create a community that supports and uplifts each other, fostering a sense of belonging and connection. We believe that yoga has the power to transform lives and promote overall well-being. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, our studio offers a wide range of classes to cater to different levels and needs.
In addition to our regular classes, we collaborate and share our space with other leaders in the community to bring creative events, workshops, and experiences that celebrate the culture and diversity of our community.
Instrumental Yoga is more than just a yoga studio; it is a community hub where people can come together, connect, and grow. We believe in the power of yoga to cultivate peace, harmony, and well-being in individuals and society as a whole.
What are students saying?
"I started taking classes about two and a half weeks ago and took advantage of the introductory offer, hoping to supplement my running routine with some strength and stretching, and I’ve already seen improvements! Brian is a great teacher - enthusiastic, gives specific and helpful adjustments, encouraging. I’ve always been a bit intimidated to give yoga a try, but it’s been awesome! If you’ve thought about starting a yoga practice, now is the time, Instrumental Yoga is the place!"
Dec 11 - Dec 17
*Please note our schedule may change on a daily basis. We know taking a yoga class can sometimes be a last minute decision in your schedule, and to guarantee your spot we recommend planning a day in advance when possible. If a regular class time does not appear in the schedule that means it has been canceled for the day.
