We Teach Hatha Yoga

Instrumental Yoga teaches a traditional method of Hatha Yoga known as the 26 & 2 series. It's perfect for beginners as well as experienced students.

We focus on:

  • Balancing the body's strength and flexibility.

  • Alleviating chronic pain by restoring range of motion.

  • Improving the immune system.

Our classes will keep your body tuned up perfectly so that you can fully meet life's demands with a body that feels amazing. After just a few classes with Instrumental Yoga, you'll begin feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Please Note: Same day bookings are accepted; however, please try to book at least 24 hrs. in advance to guarantee your spot.​ If a regular class time is not appearing in the schedule, then it has been canceled for that day.

What to Bring to Class:

  • Yoga mat

  • Large bath towel 

  • Water

  • Facemask

Our Studio

We are located at 3611 Washington St. in Jamaica Plain, MA at Metro Mark Apartments, 1st floor retail space.

Free 2 hour street parking is available.

(don't park in the apartment complex lot or you will get towed!)

Restrooms are located in the apartment building on the second floor, ask your teacher for restroom key.

Studio is open 30 minutes prior to class start times, and closes 30 minutes after classes end.

Studio Guidelines

All attendees must wear masks during the heavier breathing exercises at the start and end of class, and while moving around the studio before and after class.

Masks are optional during class while practicing the static postures. 

We practice social distancing in the studio.

Anyone exhibiting flu-like symptoms or has had person-to-person contact with someone exhibiting flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days will not be allowed to attend.
