Our step-by-step approach will lead you through a traditional sequence of Hatha Yoga postures that are designed to heal the physical body of chronic pain, restore range of motion, and give you full peace of mind. These results are guaranteed, provided that you adopt a regular practice of at least 3-5 sessions per week. Hatha yoga focuses on physical practice of asanas (yoga postures) whereby we use the body as a medium, to gain awareness and control of the mind. In our classes you will develop your concentration, will power, determination, self-confidence, and achieve the proper balance between your strength and flexibilty.
