Instrumental Yoga Waiver
The space you are entering is generally “unfinished.” It is important that any visitor to the site be aware of the activity and of the risk of personal injury attendant to any visit. While we cannot enumerate every risk, we believe that you are able to recognize the existence of potential risks and are therefore in the best position to decide whether there will be no injuries or damages as a result of your visit.
By purchasing and attending classes, you agree that you:

Represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Acknowledge that by entering this construction project you are entering an inherently hazardous environment.

Waive and release any claims for damages, liability, injury, or death you may have against Forest Hills Arborway LLC, Corcoran Management Company, Instrumental Yoga LLC, and /or their respective employees, agents, and subsidiaries as a result of visiting the site or as a result of the work activities of any of them, except those that result from gross negligence or wanton and willful misconduct on the part of the person or entity against whom a claim is asserted.
Additionally, by entering these premises, I agree that I am not exhibiting any flu like symptoms, have not had person-to-person contact with someone exhibiting flu like symptoms in the last 14 days and have not visited an area where there has been a significant outbreak of COVID-19 or influenza in the last 14 days. I understand that I will be required to wear a mask while onsite, and that social distancing will be practiced.
