About the event

Instrumental Yoga teaches method of traditional Hatha Yoga that's perfect for beginners, and experienced students.

We focus on:

  • Balancing the body's strength and flexibility.
  • Alleviating chronic pain by restoring range of motion.
  • Improving the immune system.

Our classes will keep your body tuned up perfectly so that you can fully meet life's demands with a body that feels amazing. After just a few consecutive classes you'll begin feeling a positive difference physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Go slow. We do two sets of each posture. The first set is given to explore your range of motion and have a sense of where your body is today. The second set is an opportunity to go deeper into your range of motion, if you choose, and receive coaching from the teacher to help improve your technique.

Class is a moving meditation, lead by a verbal dialogue with no hands-on adjustments. The teacher will give clear step-by-step instructions, so you always know exactly what to do in the moment. You will be guided safely into, and out of, each posture with clear and approachable technique.

The more classes you take, the more familiar you will become with the sequence allowing you to actively track your own progress. As you improve, the physical, mental, and emotional benefits will continue to build over time as the natural reward for your consistent effort.
