Yin with Julie

Rebalance and heal from within.
Wednesdays 12pm

Yin yoga targets the connective tissues through long duration passive poses. It is a meditative practice using the breath to go deeper into the connective tissues, fascia and joints.

We will work with the energy channels, a network of meridians, to target energetics of the organs by using acupressure points. Acupressure points open energy channels to restore balance, vitality and overall wellbeing.

​

The focus is to land into a space where you can slow down, connect to yourself, listen deeper and find balance through stillness.
