Service Description

A blend of gentle movement, yin, restorative yoga, meditation and breath, infused with essential oils and sound. A practice of returning home to oneself, we rebuild energy and vitality for winter and re- connection to our heart's true desire. The benefits from this practice include feeling more relaxed, grounded, and peaceful.
