Hatha With Quinn
Slower. Strength, flexibility, and breath.
Quinn's Hatha Yoga class is a 60 minute session, geared towards beginner and intermediate students.
Participants will be guided by a verbal dialogue through slow moving sequences, with an emphasis on breath work.
The sequence of postures are unique to each class, tailored based on the capabilities of the students present on the day. The practice will include both standing and floors poses to help students build strength, while improving flexibility and range of motion.
Mondays 10-11am & Fridays 6-7pm. Included in pricing plans.
