Instrumental Yoga is rooted in a traditional sequence of 26 Hatha Yoga postures designed for people with chronic pain and chronic disease.

Our program is designed for all levels, maximizing benefits for your time and effort. After a few consecutive classes you'll begin feeling a noticeable difference physically, mentally, and emotionally. 


Go slow. We do two sets of each posture, which gives you an opportunity to explore range of motion in the first set, and follow up with tips and coaching for your second set. 

Yoga works all of the systems of your body: respiratory system, nervous system, digestive system, cardiovascular system, skeletal system, lymphatic system, and endocrine system. It improves the function of your internal organs and glands, enabling your body reduce stress hormones like cortisol, and improve mood enhancing endorphins like serotonin and dopamine.
